The constraint here is not talent. It is infrastructure.
A clinician with a good question and a full ward has no methodologist to call and no ethics committee to submit to. A researcher with a finished study meets a peer-review process nobody has explained, in journals that either charge before they read or reject without reasons. A trainee has a dataset on a laptop and a career that will not move without a publication.
Every division here exists because we met one of those walls ourselves and built what was missing. We are not filling a gap in a market. We are building the infrastructure that ought to have existed already — and holding it to a standard that makes publication worth having.
Ordinary things to say. Each one constrains us in practice.
What makes these worth stating is that we have built the structures that keep them true, rather than merely declaring them.
No fee is requested at submission or for review, and editors decide without visibility of payment. No fast track money can buy.
Chaired by a senior academic we do not employ. No director may sit on it, vote on it, or overturn it. Independence that cannot refuse its owners is not independence.
The complaints mailbox is read by an external chair with no shareholding or contract here. An organisation should not be sole judge of itself.
Recognition and indexing are granted by independent bodies against their own criteria. We describe exactly where each journal stands, on its own page.
We would rather state the honest limit than sell a false certainty.
Editorial decisions rest with editors and reviewers. No course, fee, or relationship changes that.
These rest with DOAJ, the HEC, the HCPC, and others. We prepare you thoroughly to meet their requirements. We do not claim to decide what only they can.
Results vary with the person and the condition. A practitioner who guarantees you a result is guessing, and charging you for the guess.
The organisation
Link Medical Interface (Private) Limited. We began as a physiotherapy practice in 2010, and everything else grew from the work. The Journal of Precision Medicine and Health Research is published by BMU Ventures (Private) Limited, a separate company under common ownership, which we identify wherever it appears.
