Link Medical Centre (LMC) is the clinical-care and rehabilitation arm of Link Medical Interface, focused on assessment-led physiotherapy, multidisciplinary rehabilitation, functional recovery, pain management, mobility restoration, tele-rehabilitation and patient-centred care.
Clinical scope
LMC supports rehabilitation pathways across musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, neurological rehabilitation, sports and performance rehabilitation, women’s health rehabilitation, paediatric rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory and functional rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, physical modalities, mobility training and digitally supported follow-up.
The appropriate pathway depends on individual assessment, clinical indication, professional judgement and current service availability.
Assessment-led rehabilitation
Care is structured around clinical assessment rather than predetermined treatment packages. Rehabilitation planning may include therapeutic exercise, movement and functional training, pain-management strategies, physical modalities, education, self-management support, mobility rehabilitation and referral to other professionals where clinically appropriate.
Developing rehabilitation capabilities
LMC is being developed toward progressive integration of specialist rehabilitation services and evidence-informed rehabilitation technologies. Depending on clinical indication and service availability, the broader development scope may include advanced electrotherapeutic and neuromuscular modalities, technology-assisted gait and balance rehabilitation, specialised exercise and functional-training systems, orthotic and prosthetic coordination, home and community rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary referral pathways.
Service availability: Individual services, technologies and appointment pathways may vary during continuing service development and restructuring. Patients should confirm current availability before planning attendance.
Telehealth and digitally supported care
Where clinically appropriate, selected consultation, rehabilitation follow-up, exercise guidance and ongoing support may also be delivered through LMI’s telehealth pathway. Remote care does not replace in-person assessment when physical examination, investigation or direct clinical management is required.
