Telehealth is an active LMI care pathway for appropriate remote consultation, rehabilitation follow-up, exercise guidance and digitally supported care where clinical, professional, privacy and technical requirements can be met.

Not every condition can be assessed or managed remotely. The clinician may recommend an in-person assessment, diagnostic investigation or referral when remote care is not clinically appropriate.
