If you cancel:

| Fewer than 7 days before, or after materials are issued | No refund |
If we cancel or postpone — a full refund, or transfer to the next cohort. Your choice, not ours.
If we cannot deliver what we advertised — a full refund. If we advertised a hands-on component and cannot run it, that is our failure, not yours.
Transfers. You may move to a later cohort once, free, if you ask more than 7 days before the start.
We do not refund for non-attendance.
Article processing charges
No fee is charged before acceptance, so there is nothing to refund at submission or during review.
Once an article is published, the fee is not refundable. The work has been done.
If we accept an article and then fail to publish it through our own fault, the fee is refunded in full.
Withdrawal after acceptance but before publication: if you withdraw, the fee is not refunded — the editorial and production work has been performed. If we retract for our own error, it is refunded.
Waivers. Requested after acceptance, before payment. A waiver request cannot affect an editorial decision that has already been taken.

Write to info@lmi.education. We respond within 7 days and pay approved refunds within 30 days, by the method you paid.
