We run free medical camps and health awareness campaigns. No fee, no registration, no referral needed. This is the part of the organisation that earns nothing, and it is the part that answers the question the rest of it raises: what is a health organisation for, if the only people it reaches are the ones who can pay?
Health Link — free medical camps
Camps take health services to places where people do not otherwise reach them — not because they don’t need care, but because the clinic is far, the day’s wage cannot be lost, or nobody has ever suggested a check-up. At a camp: screening and assessment, consultation with registered practitioners, physiotherapy assessment, health education, and referral onward where someone needs more than a camp can give.
Everything is free. Nothing is sold at a camp. No product, no supplement, no follow-up package. A free camp that ends in a sales pitch is not a free camp, and we do not run those.
Link OutReach — awareness campaigns
Health education delivered where people are — communities, schools, workplaces, and institutions. Chronic disease and its prevention. Musculoskeletal and back pain, and what actually helps. Rehabilitation after stroke and injury, and what a carer can do at home. Mobility and falls prevention in later life. When a symptom means you should see somebody. In Urdu, in Punjabi, and pitched to be understood — not lectured at.
Most health information reaching ordinary people in this country is either advertising or wrong, and often both. Awareness work is worth doing only if it is honest, and honest health education sometimes means telling people that the thing they are being sold does not work.
What a camp cannot do
A camp is a screening and awareness service. It is not a hospital, and it is not a substitute for ongoing care. We can find a problem, explain it, and tell you where to go. We cannot treat a serious condition in an afternoon, and we will not pretend a single visit has fixed something that needs months. If we find something that needs proper medical attention, we say so, and we tell you where to take it — even when we know that getting there will be hard.

Host a camp. Communities, institutions, schools, employers, and welfare organisations who can bring people together — we bring the practitioners. Volunteer. Registered doctors, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals — and people who can organise, translate, register, and keep a queue moving, which matters more than it sounds. Partner. What we don’t do here
We don’t photograph patients for our own publicity. Somebody attending a free camp because they cannot afford a clinic has not consented to becoming marketing material by walking through the door. And we don’t count camps as a credential — community work is done because it should be, not to decorate a corporate page.
