Book an Appointment

Which do you need?

Telehealth consultation — a video appointment. Assessment, diagnosis, exercise prescription, supervision, progression. No hands-on treatment.

Home visit — a practitioner comes to you. In-person assessment and treatment. For patients who cannot readily travel.

Not sure? Book telehealth. The practitioner will tell you honestly whether you need to be seen in person, and arrange it if you do.

Booking

Bookings: throughout the week. Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. To book, write to info@lmi.education.

What happens in a first telehealth appointment

We ask about your problem, your history, and what you can do now compared with before. We ask you to move in specific ways so we can watch. We explain what we think is going on, and what the evidence suggests helps. You leave with a plan: what to do, how often, what should change, and by when. And if the answer is that you need an in-person assessment, imaging, or a different specialist, we tell you that instead.

Do not book if you need emergency care

Severe breathlessness · chest pain · sudden weakness, facial droop, or difficulty speaking · severe injury · uncontrolled bleeding · or if you are seriously unwell. Go to a hospital now. Emails would not be checked in time to help you.
