If this is an emergency, go to a hospital now.

Chest pain. Severe breathlessness — blue lips, unable to speak in full sentences. Sudden weakness, facial droop, or difficulty speaking. Severe injury. Uncontrolled bleeding. Or you are seriously unwell.

Go now. Do not book an appointment. Do not wait for a reply to an email.

This website is not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not advice about you, because nobody here has assessed you.

Do not use it to diagnose yourself. Do not use it to decide against treatment you have been advised to have. Do not delay getting medical help because of something you read here.

Reading a website is not a consultation, and no doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship is created by your visiting this one.

About our services

Telehealth has limits, and we would rather you knew them. Some conditions require physical examination, imaging, or hands-on treatment. Nobody can put their hands on you through a screen. Where you need something we cannot provide online, we will tell you, and we will tell you early.

We do not provide acute or emergency care. We manage chronic conditions, including COPD, on an ongoing basis. We do not treat acute attacks.

We do not promise outcomes. Physiotherapy results vary with the condition, its duration, your age, your other health problems, and what you can do between sessions. A practitioner who guarantees you a result is guessing.

Published research

Articles in our journals are peer-reviewed research, published for researchers and clinicians. They are not treatment advice, and they are not written for patients.

A study finding that a treatment helped a group of people does not mean it will help you. Do not change your treatment on the strength of a paper. Speak to your own clinician.

Our practitioners

All are registered — doctors with the PMDC, physiotherapists with the HCPC or AHPC.
